LET’S SKYROCKET YOUR SUCCESS!

Nov 05, 2018

All beginnings are tough, but starting your own business is even tougher. Why?

There comes a point in life, when you think of starting your own business, mainly because you feel like you want to break away from your routine, be your own boss, and ensure that you have a steadier and more secure income for the upcoming years.

But where do you start?

What are the steps that get you from A to B and what are the implications of being an entrepreneur?

Well, depending on how you plan on going forward with this, it could be a tough journey or a much easier one.

When I decided to become an entrepreneur, I had a really tough time going from the steady income & schedule of my 9 to 5 job, to the unknown schedule and income of my own business.

At first, it was a tiring process because I did both at the same time and it drained every bit of energy that I had to spare. I went through some really tough moments when I was lacking support and even confidence at times. I started thinking that I needed to find a solution since it wasn’t profitable nor healthy to go on like this. That is when I decided to find a coach.

This, was hands down the best decision that I could have possibly taken. Why?

Coaching was my life belt

You might have heard several opinions on coaching, so let me offer you a different perspective: picture some of the world’s best athletes. Now try to imagine where they would be without their coaches.

Of course, you’d say that unlike business, sports requires physical strain and discipline. Sure, some businesses don’t require physical strain, but they do require you to be disciplined and have a constant thirst for learning.

How can a coach help you?

A business coach’s role is similar to that of a sports coach. He or she guides you through the business environment, helping you through tough dilemmas, so you can learn from your own mistakes at a leaner pace. A coach could help you avoid the mistakes that others have already made, so it won’t cost you extra time, effort, stress or (even worse) your business.

Einstein once said that the definition of insanity is to repeat the same action over and over again and expect the same result. In this case, the action would be repeated by different people, but it would still be the same.

So why fail by repeating the mistakes already made by others, when you can succeed through avoiding them with the help of a coach?
